I was born on a cold January day in the capital city of Slovenia called Ljubljana. My parents told me that my father was pulled over by the police twice on the way to the hospital but after seeing my mother’s enormous belly, they just smiled and wished them a safe journey.

During the years following, our family became larger with the addition of - my younger sisters Ana and Jasna and my Scottish shepherd Gaja, with whom I was attending the competitions in Agility for more than 5 years.


At the age of 10 I moved with my family to Ajdovščina – a small city not far from the Italian border. When I began going to high school, my passion for languages and travelling blossomed. At age 16, I seized an opportunity to spend the summer in Canada, and because of this exciting experience I decided to study English at the Faculty of Arts, at the University of Maribor.


After my 3rd year I went to Chicago, USA to improve my English and there I embraced my other passion – modelling. I was invited to the modelling agency, Elite007, where I impressed them with my ‘European’ look. I completed a modelling course and in the next few months worked at various fashion shows and photo shoots. After 6 months my visa expired and I had to return to Slovenia. Driven by my love of languages, I later went to Spain on a student exchange. I continued my modelling career when I returned in 2005. Since then, I’ve been collaborating with different photographers and fashion designers while working with agencies such as Bronz, Covergirl Slovenia and Avdicija.com.


As a young girl I was constantly dreaming of becoming a model. Today, when I do a runaway show or pose in front of a camera, I am thrilled to know that my childhood dreams have become a reality.
